Happy Halloween...and Daylight Savings Tonight!

It's Daylight Savings tonight so turn those clocks back one hour. (It officially happens at 2am).

So what are you going to do with that extra hour tomorrow? How about squeezing in a nice Sunday walk? A 60 minute brisk walk can burn 225-275 calories.

NYC Marathon Double Q & A: Desiree Ficker & Jeff Galloway

This weekend is the running of the NYC Marathon so we're excited about our first double Q & A today -- both focused on marathon preparation:
