Welcome to the New MindBodyGreen!
Welcome to the new MindBodyGreen!
In addition to a complete site redesign, the new MindBodyGreen now has editorial content, including Q & A interviews with people who inspire us to live better, healthier, greener lives.
Our first Q & A is with Ironman Champion Triathlete, Hillary Biscay, and debuts this Friday. A new Q & A will debut on the site each Friday and will include interviews with inspiring people such as self-help authors, entrepreneurs, yogis, diet and fitness gurus, green lifestyle experts, and more.
The site’s new editorial content includes easy tips, beginner guides, and book suggestions. Some of the featured articles include 5 Books to Read if You Want to Change Careers, Mindfulness for Beginners, Yoga Vs Pilates, and Intro to Container Homes. We will continually be updating the site with fresh content so we hope you’ll check out MBG everyday.
